my life

Normally I'd wake up unlawfully early by Erik crying or Leah tapping MY HEAD (why??) and when I turn around she's 2 inches from my face with her sour apple breath asking
-Can I watch my shows on TV?
I turn around to see what time it is and when I see 5.30 it's like I'm being replaced with this hideous, mean monster, dragging her back to bed saying
- Rooooooooaaaarrrr GOODNIGHT!
But today I got to sleep 'til 7! Yay! Slept great! Then I was gready and just wanted 2 more minutes in bed to stretch but by then the kids where high on life and running around chasing the cat down to our bedroom. Erik is as close to his face as possible while screeching so loud I'm sure he's deaf now, poor cat. Asked Leah to take Tiger out and not to chase him (at least not down to our bedroom!)
-But why?
-Because this is our bedroom and not a playroom. (because I said so!)
-OK, she says grumpily as she tries to push Tiger out.
They all leave for a whole 30 seconds and we start all over again!! :)

erik is learning!

Erik is growing fast and the illusive teeth are now breaking through, which hopefully will make him a happy baby again! Leah is growing too and is such a big girl and loooooves school and is on a teddy bear picnic at her nursery today!

OMG, time is flying and my little girl is now 4!!! Amazing, and her little brother is following fast and dazzles us by clapping his hands or just flashing one of his gummy smiles!

Second day of crawling, a bit wobbly a first but now he's flying around the house and prefers to get into the bathrooms or other places he's not allowed to go to, like the plugs.

Leah is watching 'Got to dance' and is doing some of her own moves!! :)

Our little boy is getting so big and heavy and is eager to get to everything. Not crawling yet but is having a good go at it! Like his sister, he loves to walk while holding your hands. Leah, being the loving big sister, wants to help and has been caught a few times trying to lift him and the other day he fell after she'd picked him up and put him on his tigger ride-along toy- big bump on the head and plenty of tears!

It's been hard...

We've had a bit of a difficult time since Anneli and Vincent left us, Leah has taken it very hard and says she wants to move to Sweden or go on a holiday to see all of her family. Had lots of tantrums again and learned to say no they way Vincent said it when they were here.*sighs* what can you do? Gonna be good to have mum over in march, I'm sure that'll make her happier!

She is also getting fed up with Erik always bulldozing his way through everything and all of our toes in his walker or talking her toys etc as you can see in the video.

This weekend had been crap! Alarm decided to 'die' on us and sound the alarm and we were unable to turn it off, then the taps for the bathtub stopped working- and Micky had to screw the whole thing off and back on and eventually got the damned thing off, and then we've all got the cold, Erik the worst though poor thing! Better now, but now it's my turn. Bah! Too negative now, we're all good, Erik is growing fast and can sit up fine now and is trying to crawl but ends up going backwards. We are also gonna go to see 'Tangled' with Leah of friday, looking forward to it!
