what a night

So I was talking to Anneli on the phone wanting her to see Leah with jammies on plus a red sparkly skirt on top, when Brian called on skype and grandpa knocked on the door- what was a calm and quiet night turned hectic in a flash! Anyway- Micky is still very impressed by skype (has on a few occasions said "it's the future, I tell you". He is so special to me...!) and Grandpa seemed of the same opinion as they talked to Brian for a bit. He stayed for a little while and we talked in a normal volume when he said that he should leave, stod up and said "BUT I'LL CALL YOU ANNA TO PICK YOU UP, OK!!!!!! GOD BLESS!" for some reason the volume control was out the window and me and Micky where staring at eachother in astoundment and when he left my darling asked me "was it just me or did he just start to scream?"

Are you gonna be sick?

-Are you gonna be sick, I asked her
-No, she said and 2 seconds later my bowl of cheerios that I had just gotten was full of puke, nice!!

She's been sick since Thursday night and can't seem to stop puking, little one. I am usually not close to tears when she's sick but now that she can talk it's almost worse, cause she can tell you how bad she feels. She was trying to throw up but nothing but gall came up and she was calling for mamma in this tiniest of voice, so sad and weak, and then when more came called for daddy in an even tinier voice, I couldn't hold out any longer so as I was wiping the puke of the floor I was crying rivers.

Leahs birthday party!!

We had a great time and the kids had too- running around for 3hours straight!! In-and-out, in-and-out, jumping, playing in the sand, throwing sand, stones, toys and general fun!! Leah loved the hotdogs (big fav) and the cake (she ate her marzipan and then went for mine) whereas the other kids rejected it and went for the cookies and the rice krispies treats. Oh well...can't please'em all!
